Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but his plugin seemed more suitable to a single site install, where users can submit support tickets tot he admin.
For a multisite install, where network users submit support tickets to the super-admin, I found [ link redacted, please do not post links in the reviews section ] worked straight out of the box.
I bought the PRO version. It has many great features, but it is very clumsy to use. I would rate it 2-4 stars if I could use it, but I cannot, so it gets 1 star for wasting my money :(
First off, support is excellent, the owner truly tried to help me.
I think the plugin is promising, and for other users probably quite useful, but I found that it lacked certain features that I need (creation of tickets by unregistered customers being the biggest). The plugin itself (admin and frontend) could use a polish to make it more user-friendly.
