W3 Total Cache is advertised as both a FREE and PAID WordPress plugin to optimize several features of a website to reduce the load time for webpages being accessed by various browsers. The performance obtained with the caching feature is comparable to other FREE and PAID plugins, and the site optimization features do not seem to be functional since they did not improve performance.
Several e-mail messages were sent to W3 Total Cache in an attempt to obtain answers for questions regarding the pages of switch settings for the plugin. I never received a replay by e-mail or telephone from anyone at W3 Total Cache regarding the problems I was experiencing using the PAID version of the plugin. This illustrates a complete disregard for paying customers by W3 Total Cache.
I resolved many of my problems with W3 Total Cache by adding the MaxCDN feature. Tech support from MaxCDN is available 24-7, and they want their product to succeed. They provided telephone, e-mail, and chat access to Tech Support, but in the end MaxCDN and W3 Total Cache were working as advertised. MaxCDN provided support for W3 Total Cache, even though I paid for the W3 Total Cache plugin.
In the end, if you need tech support, W3 Total Cache will not be the correct product to select for you website. I was disappointed with purchasing W3 Total Cache until Tech Support from MaxCDN fix their problems. Why is W3 Total Cache unable to provide paying customers with Tech Support?
Thanks you for your plugin.
The 'Browser cache' feature, when i enabled in the plugin's setting helped me sort my render 'render blocking' issue, great plugin, thanx wp-total cache team..
