It used to be good, not is just annoying
By , for WP 4.3

Was a good caching plugin until he added a stupid pop-up in admin area that bags for a back-link a subscription and so on, and the annoying part is that it pops up everytime you move to a diffrent setting tab and you have to close it time and time again because save & close button only works for the current tab. So uninstalled and moved to WP Super Cache is just as fast, does what i need to and I'm not force to see a stupid pop-up every time i need to set something up. Enjoy your pop-ups.

Works great!

We have tested W3TC on several websites and found it by far the simplest single change you can do to a website to improve its performance. Especially for those painfully slow shared hosting providers like bluehost, hostgator etc. As your website grows with your traffic you want move to a dedicated server providing Varnish cache and ideally PHP7. Here's http://bit.ly/1IWohd4 an example of a possible high-performance WP stack.

Awesome speed for my site

A little vague at times on what exactly will be done when you select options, but overall a great tool for improving performance with WordPress.
