Okay... But...

First of all the on-going pop-up is ultra annoying when I'm trying to figure out why my site doesn't show up in PageSpeed Insights since I activated parts of this plugin...

Can't you put an option on your popup to allow me to not see it for awhile . It's come up two dozen times this morning, and I'm fed up.

Beware scam and thieves

Don't pay any services as they just take money and no news, we are now many to wait from more than one month and no news or just an email with fake promise (one week before)...

I personally lost 250 $ us, thanks to http://wordpress.org to promote this plugin without any check about coder or/and company...

I discover this plugin through this website and it is a shame than it still allow to advertise here because it is a scam

For proof, after my comment, you will see appear 3 or 5 new quick fake comments with 5 stars...Really uggly scam

A shame for wordpress world, a shame for this website and a shame for other honest coders...

Worst plugin experience

It gives me no pleasure in writing a bad review on a plugin however the incidents I went through are well worth noting for someone else.

W3 Total cache was extremely tedious to set up and took weeks of research. Way too many settings for the average wordpress user. When I reached out to support they were rude and ignored emails. DO NOT USE THE PAY FOR SUPPORT BUTTON, as they will not get back to you. When you do email them they brush you off to someone else, I got Willie and he pretty much took the money and ran.

I still paid another $200 for CDN support and they took that as well and never followed up. I am now in a dispute over their services, as they did not do any work.

I have since removed their plugin on 6 of my clients and went with WP-Supercache. The process took me 10 Minutes a site to setup and the load times went from 8 sends to 1.7 seconds. W3 Total cache was somewhere around 3.5 to 4 Seconds and I run a pretty fast dedicated server with tons of RAM and Varnish on top.

A plugin that went from Good to Horrible

Please do not download and install this plugin. What once was okay is now just ridiculous.

- it breaks most other plugins (jetpack ... )
- their support has become horrible
- force advertising
- way to complicated for normal users or even pros.
- many sites reference this as a must use plugin
- the code and reason to use this plugin is out weighed by how large this plugin as become.

Flaky behavior and annoying popup.

Been trying to get this to work for weeks. Enabling individual caching options, like 'Minify' or 'Database Cache' with default disk settings fails 4 out of 5 times - the page reloads on with the checkbox unchecked again, or enabling one disables the other. Eventually, everything stays checked, but the next time you visit the admin, it's unchecked again. I have no idea if any caching is working.

Recently, an annoying newsletter-signup popup appears on every screen, and nothing you do will make it go away.

The latest version (0.9.4) has broken both my site and my faith in software developers. Removed it completely.

Broken and no support for PRO users

If you don't respond to your paying customers (PRO-Version) and ignore the bug reports, guess what happens?

Used to be a good plugin, but they totally messed it up.

Welcome to the Dark Side

MAJOR BOOOOOOOO!!!! For the intrusive, cheesy advert every time you go to ANY W3TC admin page. Should I have to tell you more than once that I don't want to Tweet, Like, Google, Link to you or get your bloody newsletter more than once??? Especially since I loyally use your "Pro" version on some sites and don't need to on others, where not necessary. Is this any way to treat a "client"?

This is bordering on pretty sleazy... Good product, but has definitely has deteriorated during the last release due to this new "feature".

Give us a break, puhleeeeze!

Forcing advertisement? no thanks.

You have a great plugin and you have to make it look bad by forcing advertisement. I advertise if I'm happy with it, not because I'm told to.

No nag please....

For the constant nag about linking and rating in the most recent version. Seriously.
