Mostly OK, but some submissions are not being emailed to me. The user gets a confirmation email and the submission appears online but the whole point of using this was to have each submission emailed directly to me. There is no pattern in the submissions it doesn't send on and they are clearly not spam. This unreliability means I won't be using VFB again.
We use the paid version. They have secretely updated to a new version, leaving all lifetime members out. No message at all, not even an upgrade offer. Said to see their non existent loyalty with early phase supporting and paying customers. However I would not pay again for Visual Form Builder and have to migrate all forms.
I've just learnt that support for v2 of the pro version is being discontinued in 3 months. The developer is charging existing pro users to continue on v3, which they're calling "an upgrade not an update". This is not currently mentioned at all on the vfb-pro website, which still talks about a "One time fee". When I pointed this out, I was given the email equivalent of a shrug. Proceed on vfb-pro with caution, as I imagine they'll charge again when they "upgrade" to v4.
When will this issue be corrected? I also see no answers to some of the same questions on this site?

recently after i upgrade wp 4.1 my form become eror. and it says eror with recaptcha things..
now i set back to standar captcha default and back to normal again, unfortunately it looks less profesional than before...
so please give me some clue to get recaptcha works again in my vfb pro..

Many of the features for the Pro version are buggy. Trying to fix the page break feature now that stopped working for no apparent reason. Support is PP
