Me encanta Videopress
By , for WP 3.9.2

Este plugin es una verdadera maravilla, se destaca por su sencillez, es muy fácil incorporar videos dentro de mi sitio web y por eso lo agradezco.

Don't waste your time.

Works
By , for WP 3.8.1

It's okay, but I think admin panel and video set-up box could be more self-explanatory.

pas interet
By , for WP 3.8.1

aucun interet fonctionne mal une vrai arnaque ! NE PAS ACHETER

I got the basic functionality working without too many problems - but that's not really what I need.
I need to integrate my videos in a pretty complex WP setup, and I'm completely stuck:

- How to embed on self hosted site without showing 'share' buttons? Doesn't seem to be possible.
- There's virtually no documentation available:

  1. as stated by azdesertgator, developer section is blank
  2. not a single recent post in the plugin support forum seems to have been answered
  3. FAQ is a joke, and I couldn't find any way to submit a support request

- I paid for the service, I don't want a Videopress logo on all my videos.

Videopress..great potential but unreliable
By , for WP 3.6

2 year subscriber to Videopress and additional storage on wordpress.com. Since day 1, uploading was a problem...the interface when uploading during an insert would never complete the process. You would either get a freeze or a white screen...but at least the video would upload and transcode. I should mention I tried in multiple version of all 4 major browsers, on Macs & PCs, and under two different hosting companies. Video size did not matter...a 5 second video would hang during upload.

Now, with the latest update they tried to fix that, but if it sits on "crunching" after uploading, forget about it...the video with not be there at all when you break out of this failed screen.

Unacceptable for a paid product from Automattic...if anyone shoudl be able to get this to work over a 2 year period, it should be them.

Also, note that the "developer" section of the videopress website is BLANK. Also note the "support" option which is a simple FAQ search that provides virtually no information. There is no way to open a ticket, send an email, or even provide email (other than via Twitter perhaps; not that Videopress hasn't tweeted in over a year).

I am now looking for another solution that can provide HTML5 with flash fall back, and automatically transcode a single uploaded MP4 into Theora & Ogg so that it will play in virtually all devices and browsers. Any ideas??

Excellent plug-in!

Excellent plug-in! I've never had any problems with it.

Love Video Press But...
By , for WP 3.4.2

As Thob stated, the user should be able to replace the VP logo - I paid my $60.00 bucks. Also, the video size is not easily set with the shortcode. Very annoying! Looking around for a solution. How about $30.00 back?
