Does what it says flawlessly. Good job!
A single administration page listing all users that exist,
applicable for bulk edits, but wrong!
'cos each one is a form presenting old & new login plus button,
so you first have to find the one that's wrong,
and in case of error, scroll down and find it again.
So that's a very impractical, terrible UX. (WP-CLI to the rescue!)
However, aside from that, this plugin is the only out of three currently available plugins for changing usernames, which gets security and WordPress APIs right.
Recommendation: Rethink the UI from scratch. Integrate with the user edit page directly; e.g., via Ajax.
Extremely helpful. Used on multisite. Clean and fast. Thanks!
Takes a split second to change the username which otherwise would be a tedious procedure, whether through WordPress admin console or through phpMyAdmin.
As already mentioned :)
Easy to use. Highly recommended.
Like the reviewers before me said, I selected the current username from a dropdown, filled the new username in a box and it's done.
This is a plug-in that nearly every Administrator would value. This means that if someone on your family WordPress site creates an account with either a cryptic or abbreviated name, or something silly like 'motorhead,' or even if you would like your list of a few dozen or a few hundred names to be consistent in their format, you can edit the exceptions easily and achieve that consistency. I hope the plug-in's authors keep it up-to-date. It's a little thing you likely won't use too often after the first time, but it is certainly nice to know that you have the tool in your tool box. Also, don't forget to let the edited user names know what their new username is, and that it is the combination of their new username and existing password that allows them access to the site.
Excellent plugin and gets the job done. Not sure why it has such lower reviews.
Thanks for creating this :)
