GoDaddy had to disable the account of one of my client because she used this plugin and crashed the server. The plugin made thousands of queries to the database. We had to delete it.
It still left some stuff behind in the database so we had to manually delete that.
I was recommended this app and purchased it. Running the free settings worked without a problem, but when I ran the full scan (after paying for it!) my website went offline.

I contacted support and they said to "Undo" the changes, however when I did a got a message saying "we're sorry, there's an error".
Support have now stopped responding to my e-mails. I have lost all content which took me weeks to write. I have had to re-install wordpress and start from scratch.
Don't touch this app! It's not worth the hassle!
I have received no support from this guy. Requested cancellation but no reply. I am concerned that this guy has simply run off with my money? How do I cancel this? Who do I flag this to to make official enquiries?

For a security plugin it's quite ironic that his own Security Certificate has expired which again has me concerned about my own computer safety as a result of 'signing in'
Can I flag this to WordPress.org please! Concerned user wants plugin membership cancelled!!!!
