Auther did respond to say he could not duplicate the problem on his end and offered to log in and test for himself. 19 days later, no response and he marked the problem RESOLVED! Sorry, doesn't fly with me.
I have requested support so many times with no response from anyone on how to fix this program.
When I first started out with this plugin, I used the Free version. It did everything I needed it to do at that time...but I quickly outgrew it. At that time, I gave a perfect review of the plugin.
I consider myself and advanced user of this plugin. I've been working on a project that has tested the most advanced aspects of this plugin. There are numerous smaller issues that I discovered (not deal-breakers) that were so minor compared to the really big issues I discovered...I just said "ignore those" until the bigger issues are fixed.
Our first and only major auction to this point, was almost a complete disaster because of issues with Proxy Bidding and the plugins miscalculation of Time/Date. Had I not been available the day of the auction, the auction would have 100% bombed and I would have lost a client...or worse.
I agree, support is pretty amazing for the Free version. It's a completely different story after you've paid. I hope this review sparks some interest from the Nitesh, because my issues have gone un-responded to for over 2 weeks. Again, that's unrepsonded to, NOT unresolved.
As things stand now, I've paid for this plugin and I'm contemplating a couple of actions...that I don't want to do.

Read reviews and was impressed. Decided to try your free version to see if it was worth purchasing. Installs but it can't be activated. No error message, just refuses to activate. Then I went to the Ultimate Auction site to ask about this and saw that you refuse to even respond to anyone that hasn't purchased your product. Thank you ... but no thank you. Your free version isn't even worth installing ... why would I buy it

Bought the paid version and have asked money back since i can't make it work with translation and have tried everything. Plus 4 hours per answer on support.
Problem is described in developers forum.
Looks like its jquery that create the problem i don't have time or energy to translate again - used all day trying to solve the problem.
Downloaded this to try and impressed with the reviews however it doesn't work!
