The plug-in is easy to use but doesn't do what it says any more than Jetpack in my experience: hashtags added in the editor don't appear on Tweets; paying for the Large Card Summary and the supposed pro customer support is pointless. I paid, have the problems above plus problems with Twitter accepting the Large Card Summary code so took up the developers 'supposed' offer of easy and available 'Avenger' support. I used the customer service form twice and nothing has changed 3 weeks later and no response from the developer. To be honest I'm not impressed.
So what the author did when Twitter deprecated the photo plugin?
Right, they removed it even though twitter would still display it properly.
Why? Just to upsell Summary Card With Large Image option.
Get v.4.2.4 and never update it if you want Photo card available.
(or find a commented out option in plugin code and put it back)
After setting this plugin, all of the values of meta tags for twitter cards are empty.
