Quite good
By , for WP 4.5.3

I don't like that I have to create a Facebook app.
The settings UI could be improved.

Some things were wonky
By ,

So I paid for the full version and I had some issues getting it started. I'll update on how that goes.

So far I haven't gotten it to work.

Also the video says the program is $10 I had to pay $75 and the video was posted last year. I don't see $65 of added value and it's a bad experience to know I'm paying 7.5 times more than other people for the same thing just for a slightly higher engagement. That's quite a bit for a fairly simple app.

If I get the app working I'll update the review.

Great, but still flawed
By , for WP 4.3.1

This plugin is fantastic: it gives me an easy way to reshare posts that I've created, while excluding time-sensitive posts.

There is a flaw, though. If I allow it to share each post more than once, it posts the same post over and over. In the last 8 hours, it's posted the same link to Facebook twice. It would be better if the plugin would cycle through the posts to give my followers real value.

Not sure if I will stick with the plugin now, but will be keen to see this issue addressed in a future version.

Mixed experiences
By , for WP 4.2.4

The install for Twitter however is easy, but the install for FB is very convoluted and involves you needing to create an app. I don't think this is Themeisles fault, but their instruction could be better

I purchased the Pro version and frankly expected that this might entitle to me better customer support than I've recieved. I'm under the impression they're fine at dealing with known problems, but you have to pursue them outside of that

WP Cron error
By , for WP 3.9.1

I was getting the WP CRON error referred to in the FAQ after the update to version 6.7.6. I reinstallend version 6.7.4 and that seems to have fixed the issue. Great plugin...when it works.

The definition of "if its not broke, don't fix"
By , for WP 3.9.1

This plugin is a great tool when it works. It worked flawlessly until themeisle took it over.

Now we get a new version nearly every single day (for the last two weeks), and every time I update I have to reauthenticate with Twitter.

Every single time I logon to my wordpress site I see yet another update. Its mad.

Great plugin when it works, and a very important one for me. Just a shame the takeover of the plugin has been handled this way.

Fantastic plugin until the updates
By , for WP 3.9

Fantastic plugin, great for helping get more views on the blog and maximise old content... until the recent updates, and now it doesn't work at all. I've reset settings, deactivated and reactivated, saved, tested, reauthorised and tweaked everything I can think of, and despite looking fine, it's just stopped tweeting. Please fix it!
UPDATED: Once again, the latest update means the plugin stopped working properly and has now stopped altogether...

I Have Loved This Plugin However
By ,

Ever since the last upgrade AND since these new companies have become involved not only is the plugin not working as well for me, but I am having ALL TYPES of problems getting support for my issues. When it was the original developer handling things, problems were resolved very quickly. That's no longer the case and that's unfortunate.

Causes erros with BackWPup plugin
By , for WP 3.4.2

Its weird but with this plugin activated, when you go to authorize your dropbox account on the popular backup plugin BackWPup , it tried to access the admin page for the Tweet Old Posts plugin instead and you get a permissions error.

It's a real shame because it looked like a great plugin but having backups working is more important!
