Easy to install and really cool application, great live chat solution.
Works just fine so far, a great customer service/live chat plugin and service. I'm using Genesis 2.0 Beta and a custom html5 child theme on 6 sites with no problems at all.
Why you tagged your plugin under irrelevant terms ? it costs users lots of time

Live Chat worked right after I filled in the account information in the plugin-settings.
Casengo has a free 1 user license, is very easy to implement on your website and has a very easy back-end in which you can assign chat requests to multiple operators if you would like.
Nice and fast to implement. One remark: It should be nice after activation to show a messages so you can jump directly to the settings.
This is a wonderful customer service application....very intuitive and great usability! And the best it is for free (first user) :)
