An amazing set of great shortcodes: SEO-ready tabs, sections, buttons, links to any content, author cards, lists, layouts, conditionals and more!
Basically, doesn't do what it claims to do. Hopeless :(
Plug in causes conflicts with the Churchope theme. Stopping Churchope Shortcodes from working.
Had this plugin installed.
Then installed new theme: http://themenectar.com/demo/salient
Plugin breaks the themes features so need to remove plugin. However when removing plugin it corrupts the themes features. Seems to be no way of removing the plugin cleanly. Have tried removing all themes, plugins, reinstalling everything but to no availl. Very frustrating.
Does everything I expected it to. Only problem is it's EXTREMELY difficult to alter through CSS. Very poor choice in naming the divs and id's. Took me hours to figure out how to alter the look of the tabbed menu alone, not to mention the columns.
It seems the typography features I was looking for are not available with the free version.
Massive overkill in a CMS that already has too many external file calls... This one is far too top heavy for me
Strongbad would give synved 4 stars I bet, maybe even 5. So far, Synved shortcodes has worked beautifully. I even managed to to get the accordion plugin to fire during a hover event instead of a mouseclick. (more on that here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/get-accordion-to-open-during-hover-event-onmouseover?replies=1#post-4200649 ).
Not able to edit the zero space between columns, resulting in no pixel separation between text and images when viewed in certain browsers.
When asking for support help, received a brush off answer of "go learn CSS" - If I wanted to learn CSS I wouldnt beusing plugins, now would I?
If you want a better plugin than this one, go here:
recently purchased. Was working fine then ceased functioning entirely. Support ignored me completely until I challenged the purchase at paypal then suddenly they got in touch with me. Rude response. Made it seem like it was my fault their emails landed in my spam folder. Even bought an add-on to this that was supposed to skin the widget, but it barely did even that.
