I consider myself rather a newbie to WordPress. After purchasing a commercial package of Spider FAQ, I just could not get it working. Wrote to support and they came back in 24 hours to fix it - which sure is impressive.
This is nice plugin, But it need some update for bootstrap themes because your css conflict by bootstrap css
My FAQ is rather large, thus it is currently divided into multiple sections. It is good that the plugin supports close accordion option for moving from one category to another.
Nice option for organizing my frequently asked questions. The themes also seem to be nice and the price tag is not that high, will most likely upgrade to the Pro option sometime soon.
It looks promising. Adding a FAQ is pretty much straight forward.
The only issue I had so far is that it screwed up my template. All content (even on pages that had no faq) was displayed to the entire left.

I installed the plugin and was quite happy with it until I realised it was slowing down my entire website and WP admin.
After de-installation, my website was back to normal, so I am afraid I will not be using this plug in. It is a pity because the functionality is great!
A simple and nice wp plugin. I used it without opening the manual. The js effects work on all browsers. Long story short: works as it should.
I first installed the free version but I was not happy with the design. That's why I bought the premium version. Not for the additional design templates (because they also do not fit into the design of my website) but for the possibility to create my own template. At the end I had one issue that the distance of the category title and the first question was too big. I tried all the margin and padding parameters without success. I send a mail to web-dorado and received an answer within a day. I had to enter a negative value for the margin! That solved my issue.
The only missing feature I found so far is the lack of language support. I had to use a dirty trick (different category names for english and german) in order to separate the languages.
I have had a couple of issues, but they responded very quickly to solve my problems. Most impressed.
