Instead to send the email confirmation to the user (signer),the message "thank you" is sent to the original email set in petition.I have tested many times, all the messages are collected in one email (the original),users (signers) dont receive anything, even to confirm their signature.
Nice one! - All necessary features run smoothly.
It would be great to have the feature that people could choose to remain anonymous (e. g. displaying "anonymous" or initials). - I guess the developer is busy otherwise, but luckily the project on github, so anybody is free to work on it...
HI there Kreg.
Thanks for a great plugin. I had a client who wanted a petition on there site as soon as possible, I did a search in the repository and found this plugin. Very simple to set up, very easy to use and the client is also very happy. Thank you.
how can i do to show email address in signature list?
please reply sir.
the plugin is great but it need absolutely the hide option for the public list of signatures
i hope that this option will be coded soon
Submitted a request for support (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/field-labels-not-displaying?replies=2#post-5355137) due to field labels not displaying on my site, and received no response. Result is that I have moved on from this plugin due to it not working correctly and not receiving any feedback when seeking help. Looks like it would be nice, but not staking my site's reputation on this product.
This plugin is easy to use and works great. Works fine with 3.8.1 version of WordPress. If you need a petition plugin this is the one to use. Big thank-you to the developers.
The plugin works to a certain point, but when it crashes no support is given. After reaching 15.000 signatures it tell people that the signature has been signed, only adds the email address no name or surname, does not list them, and the CSV becomes undownloadable...
We've had many complaints from people saying that when they add their name to our petition, nothing happens. It seems they are actually being added, but they don't know about it, so they keep trying (needlessly) over and over again. There needs to be much better feedback to users. E.g., if a feedback/confirmation message is shown to new signers at the top of the screen, then make sure the page is reloaded. Reloading the page would ensure they can see their name in the list of signers too (if, like me, you are using the plugin with "confirm signatures" turned off).
Works perfectly with WP 3.5.1, and with 3.6 Beta.
I highly recommend this plugin for those who would like to start a petition on their own website, rather than a 3rd party website such as change.org.
Thank you for your work!
