I have tried several plugins (most downloaded), and this plugin matches exactly what I searched. Simple and elegant! Also, it does not break the way to open pictures as I met on other plugins.
Congrats to developers!

super fast customer support

quick fix to my issue - excellent A+

I also found very easy to put the FAQs in the order I want them in by simply creating a category for each questions and just named my categories 1,2,3,4,5,6 and so forth

and then put the shortcodes in order on the page

easy peasy

Great plugin!

The functionality and options on this plugin are great, and the developer is quick to answer questions for those of us who are not as savvy with code. Highly recommend.

Had to disable plugin due to poor code

After now receiving any reply on this support question:

It appears that plugin is improperly including its own version of the jQuery UI library, instead if enqueuing it properly through WordPress. https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_enqueue_script

I'm giving my review now, and adding slow or no support at this point.

Because of the way this plugin is coded is can cause other plugs to fail because of the way it uses the jQuery UI library, (see above).
