If you rely on scheduled posts, don't bother.
By , for WP 4.1.1

Want to schedule a post and have it automatically publish? Well tough because it stopped working ages ago and no one seems to bother to want to fix it.

I used to love this plugin, but I'm now looking elsewhere for a plugin that a) works and b) is cared for.

I really want to like it...

So this seemed like the prefect way to broadcast new posts, but also bring twitter and fb comments on the story back to the site.

As far as I can tell it completely fails at all of that. It doesn't automatically broadcast, you have to manually do that after the post is published. It will see Facebook comments but won't import them to WordPress and as far as I can tell, it just hates twitter.

This plugin desperately needs updates, a more streamlined user experience and you know... to work.

Messes up my comments

When I use this plug-in, my readers' comments are not visible

Whaa! It doesn't work!
By , for WP 4.0

I authenticated with Twitter twice, both in the Settings tab and in the Users tab, and refreshed the page, but it still would not display any accounts!

Not working anymore

I loved this plugin, but it has not worked on the last two sites I have put it on. It will not let me login to my facebook.

Come on Mailchimp, you are so good with this stuff

Update - get this and it works wp-social-feature-wp4-updates

1st time giving a 1*...shows promise, 100% under delivers

don't bother. (at least with WP 3.9.1)

i'm the type that assumes i'll have to play around with a plugin to get it to work 100% correctly...i spent 2 hours playing with this and there are just too many errors...

oh yeah, AND i'm working off a fresh WP install with only 2 plugins (Google Publisher & SEO by Yoast) active, so it's not conflicts with other plugins...that's a baaaaaaaaaaadddd sign

too bad, because it sounded awesome and appears to have potential

BOTTOM LINE
don't waste your time

Bad Support and Doesn't work
By , for WP 3.8.2

I have read support posts related to social comments pulling. And You simply flagged the case as resolved while the users are still having a problem. You only excuse is that it works on your side. What is that?!!!

Do you think you are providing support this way? Don't you care about your reputation?

I encourage all users to uninstall this plugin because it simply doesn't work and the support is totally careless!

Thanks

not what expected (so far)

weak UX/UI and problems with pulling comments

Don't bother
By , for WP 3.5.1

This plug-in overwrote all font and color settings on my client's site. Every time I had issues with the CSS the code started with "#social-" which was almost impossible to find. I installed this because my client wanted cross posting between her business FB page and her new website.

Reading all of the support posts here, it sure sounds like a plug-in to stay away from. I tried and tried to get any support from MailChimp but they finally said they don't support the plug-in and referred me to WordPress. org. Some help. If they're going to launch this on unsuspecting people, at least support it and fix all the bugs.

Worst plug-in ever!

unreliable

Works when it feels like it.
Tends to post at random times when it does work

Have disabled, reinstalled, you name it.
Don't count on it working.
If this is any indication of "MailChimp" quality, it is amazing that they are still in business
