I have a similar experience to the authors of the posts in the last few days. I bought the plugin to post to Google+, but was unable to get it to work.
This was on August 22nd, and they have failed to respond to two support requests since then.
It would seem that they have shut up shop completely, and I am amazed that their website is still operating and causing people to part with their hard earned money.
The only reason I am giving them one star is that it is apparently not possible to award no stars.
google pllus posting issue.I bought PRO version in which google plus is available. but thats not working. Even their forums says it does not work ofor google.
I have raised so many tickets but they havent replied anyone of them yet.
Please dont buy it
The only reason I bought this was to post to my G+ profile. It worked last year until I stopped using it (for unrelated reasons). Started using it again recently and I cannot post to G+. The instructions on the FAQ are out of date.
Ditching this plugin for something else.
Only minor updates. Been waiting for new big release for more than 8 months now. Good only as paid version
Says it's free then you have to pay $100 a month for the API!! NOT COOL!!!!!
It did not even let me test it for a day or a month, it just dont work and tells you that because you are multisite you must buy it for $149.00dlls.
Believe me I wont pay 149 dlls to test a Plug in when I am not sure if this will fix my problems.
Bad way of marketing.
I tried several times and different settings. G+, FB and TW messages appear, but a huge picture without text. When I want to give only text I get notifications about the error. Problems.
Features report that all LinkedIn issues were fixed one week ago (as of this writing). Reinstalled with new version. Old data was still in database, and still would not authorize or connect to LinkedIn.
Used to work fine but now does not. Per the plugin site instructions, I update WP, updated the plugin to the latest versions and re-authorized my FB page. I still get the error:
[Error] => (#283) Requires extended permission: manage_pages
Array ( [Warning] => [Error] => (#283) Requires extended permission: manage_pages )
Very little support on this topic other than "it's facebooks fault" or update the plugn.
Beware - I am using the Divi theme and as soon as I activated this plugin the Dashboard went blank and I lost all connection to it. The website was still functioning, though.
I finally got control back by removing the execute permissions on the "wordpress/wp-contente/plugins/social-networks-auto-poster-facebook-twitter-g" directory. I was then able to delete the plugin and all functionality came back. (Note, just deactivating it didn't work - it locked up the dashboard again.) Might be a good plugin in a different environment.
