Okay, just another rant. I bought the Pro version ($75, which reminds me I must find a way to cancel their "auto annual subscription") .... had an issue with their documentation referring to a settings file which was not in the downloaded package or anywhere on their web site.
Submitted a support ticket, no response, two followups later, still no response.
This is horrific, don't they have a Better Business Bureau or something to investigate?
I bought Pro because an ebook about Pinterest recommended these people.
I wonder if the developer who did the standalone code has left, and the remaining one doesn't have a clue?
I find it weird that he has time to answer queries here, but thoroughly ignores proper support tickets submitted via their system.
Just wish I had thought to do a reputation check before signing up.

I had really high hopes for this plugin, but it has caused me nothing but a lot of extra headaches and work after purchasing it in early January.
It has produced countless database connection errors (via debugging information) the roughly 10 times I got to use it, and now it will not even activate after a recent update. Needless to say for my high volume news site I am extremely disappointed.
Last few updates have totally messed up auto posts to Twitter and Facebook. Seriously, it did not do this months ago but for last few months it has posts the exact same posts right after each other on both Facebook and Twitter. There is no apps on either side to make them post to either network from the other. This plugin has went from good to crap. I am not going to lose my social networks accounts for their issues. I am uninstalling. That is seriously a F-up to me.
I am waiting for almost a month now to set the autoposting options to my facebook account. CRON jobs are not working as per they said. After getting confirmed from my hosting services, I am very clear that it is issue with this plugin, wherein codes are not developed properly.
I sent several reminders to update the status but none of them were answered properly. If they cannot provide suppot for paid version, it is absolutely waste procuring this for my Web site. I still can change this review if somebody from this plugin team get us some solution.. otherwise, as of now, I do not recommend anyone purchase this! Waste of cost!
The free version worked well. When I bought the paid version for the extra features I encountered a few issues. It'll be a week since I requested support but there has been no response.
Unable to post to G+, YT, VK.com (some issues) despite following their instructions and needed help with two other things related to the plugin which isnt covered in their FAQs.
For most part the plugin works well. I could (would like to) have rated it slightly higher but lack of support is simply unacceptable to me. Steer clear of this plugin and this developer until they get their act together. When you encounter any unique problem not listed in their FAQs you are on your own as they simply don't respond to the tickets.
@PluginAuthor: If you really have the time to respond to negative/positive reviews here, I'm certain you have ample time to respond to customer issues, especially the ones that cut you a check. It would do everybody some good if you got down to helping your customers by answering the support tickets!
I generally don't write negative feedback unnecessarily but given that my live site needs all the paid features in good working order and the fact that lack of support has messed up my timelines forcing me to look at other plugins I decided to leave a negative feedback. I regret purchasing this plugin without reading the negative reviews here first.
No response from Plugin Author here or on support tickets. Pinterest immediately puts a/c in safe mode when using this plugin rendering this plugin completely useless. Have notified Pinterest support team in hopes that they may remove this from their spam filter or whatever that needs to be done. unable to post to G+, VK.com, YT, Reddit, Pinterest and unable to tag a/cs during autopost for Twitter.
I paid $99 for their premium product hoping to get decent support.
But their support and documentation of how to integrate into your code is terrible.
I am very experienced with integration: I have successfully implemented the facebook or amazon APIs. But here you have no documentation. Their code snipets do not work for a wordpress style integration.
When support does answer (after a long time if you are lucky) they do so in an unhelpful way, blaming me for not understanding. All could be solved in a courteous manner and writing a useful documentation.
The free version might be OK (they have documented this) but I really regret having given the developer any money.
So far I have wasted several development days trying to make this work. Do NOT purchase this.
I was extremely excited to see this plugin, and started off with the free version. Within a very short period of time I thought I would bite the bullet and upgrade, however I wish I had never 'invested' in this plugin as the support is beyond a joke. Countless times I look around wondering if there are camera's to see if I have been punked the support it that woeful.
My system setup is not that unusual, I run Cron through linux (as per the NextScripts Tutorials) but the plugin just does not work, I can manually trigger posts, however none of my scheduled posts bother to post, and I thought I would contact the seller through the support channels to try and get it working, I explained my situation and got pointless responses, like for example to the effect of "What are you trying to do", "It looks fine, since post logs are there" even though I explained manual posts worked fine but scheduled ones did not.
To date, I have been sending emails and support requests since October 13th of last year, with no meaningful response, this includes;
A support email sent on the 13th, with two replies up until the 16th of October, with no response afterwards even though I have sent support requests on 16th, 17th, 22nd and 28th of October, the 4th, 10th and 15th of November, and then the 10th of January 2016.
Numerous emails requesting support, and for the company to actually support their products.
Another (new) support request on the 10th as well.
The product should be a great product, but it is let down by the lack of support by the developer, I am not sure if the company is one person, or multiple but either way if you say you are going to offer support then at least do it. There is a new version in the works, and perhaps all the effort is going to that but really it is no excuse for not supporting a (paid) product.
Until the next version comes out, and subject to the other reviews from new users I would steer clear of this plugin and seller, especially given a google search will show that these issues are not at all new ones, but no support is offered.
If you love yourself, do not pay for this plugin. Useless support, useless plugin. Support is hilariously awful and I would not recommend this plugin even to my worst enemies. What a shame!!!
I don't understand anything about this plugin. I read the help page but for example, what is an OAuth 2.0 Redirect URL? Where can I find that URL?
