Publish posts automatically to social media networks like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
'Bout the only thing I'd like to see would be G+ integration which, from the documentation, used to be there.
Sure it took a few hoops to get the APIs and all that going but the walkthrough was good and I had no problems.
I have a problem loosing some images after facebook post. Asked in the forum but there seems nobody around.
cannot get it to work after having it work before on another platform with another plugin
Was looking for a replacement for the "Social" plugin and the free version of this one fit the bill perfectly. Had it set up and working with no problems at all. Decided to buy the upgrade to allow me to distribute to a LinkedIn group and to Google+. Had a minor error with this, but their tech support was able to get me sorted out very quickly.
I especially like the log feature, a great tool to help while getting all set up. I also like that you can push out to Pinterest, but haven't configured that yet.
I also like that everything is on the same page as the post itself. In the "Social" plugin, you are taken to a separate page. I find this all-on-one-page better suits my work flow and style.
I just downloaded, uploaded, and configured this plugin on my blog and it works perfect. No difficulties. The hardest part was just figuring out how to create an app on the facebook developer page but the plugin authors also provide an instructions on how this is done.
To XYZ's initial credit, this plugin worked nicely. Then, I paid for the upgrade. The upgrade process was extremely cumbersome. Thankfully, after 45 minutes on skype, we figured it all out.
Then, as WordPress released updates, Facebook updates, Twitter updates, Pinterest updates, (etc.) this plugin stopped working after every update.
After less than six months of using a paid upgrade plugin, I uninstalled it. Way too much work. I replaced it with a FREE plugin - a subset of Jetpack. Jetpack's publishing seems to work flawlessly with far less effort.
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
I keep getting this status in the plugin report:
/feed : Invalid OAuth access token signature.
Can't find a fix.
Similar to my review on Facebook Auto Publish by the same author, the plugin stopped publishing posts for me. Tried with different apps and subdomains and nothing. The logs say it posted successfully. Installed an alternative plugin (NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster) and it worked immediately.
been using for awhile, works great. I no longer have to go and post any articles. love it.
