I appreciate the work done by you and liked the plugin too.
Only issue with this plugin slows down the whole site by approx 1.5 seconds. Its a huge number I must say. I request you to look into the matter and resolve this issue.
Otherwise its a great plugin but just due to this issue I am planning to use other plugin for the same as speed matters alot.
It worked out of the box so points for that, but you're going to have a hell of a time with customization.
Subscribers don't get email. Log shows only error-message: Unable to send email: .
This plugin seems to work for what it is supposed to do. However, the ReadyGraph integration screws it up. I'm not sure if the fault is with ReadyGraph or with Simple Subscribe but after I activate and connect the ReadyGraph plugin, a window keeps popping up that LITERALLY says "Opps! We could not loading. Please check your internet connection". As long as the ReadyGraph connection is there then this ANNOYING ASS popup window keeps showing up. I have to disable it in order for my site to be usable. Please fix this and this will be a great plugin but for now I'll give it 3 stars.
This program does not work bad at all. However, I would like to see it become capable of being integrated with e-mail services such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, and others, so I can offer this using the templates they offer (and be able to customize them) instead of using the basic interface provided here. It would enable me to send more profesional looking e-mails to my clients.
Plugin is is good, quite reliable except for debug() function clash with some other plugins. My biggest gripe though is its massive hit on page load time increasing this by 1-1.8 seconds taking total load time approx 1.8-2.3 normal to 3.5- 4.2 seconds (when most visitors give up after 2-3 seconds).
This compares badly with 35 other plugins together taking a total of .9 seconds.
These measurements were done with P3 Plugin Profiler.
