I emailed this person regarding the document section for our Real Estate office not working. Overall the software was ok, but the person that owns and operates the company is a complete A-hole. See the condescending email response to my inquiry of the document section not working. Here was my inquiry with his response!
I looked up how to do that, and did it. Still can’t access my backend. I just updated to your revision and it doesn’t work. If we can get this figured out I’m going to have to look at alternatives and request a refund since the entire admin area isn’t working at all, and I did exactly what you recommended.
These are local issues with your server and WordPress and very likely not related to our plugins... if you remove our plugins and still have the issue, then it is definitely your issue and not ours... As stated in our Terms, we don't do refunds. If there is something I can replicate and see an error I will fix it. Otherwise, be happy with only spending a few hundred dollars on 23 plugins with over 100 features which would have taken you 6 months of development or tens of thousand of dollars of effort to develop on your own.
We develop plugins and do not offer general WordPress training or support. This is clearly stated many places on our site. Slow down and google the issues and you will find the answers instead of using up my time responding to these requests and taking time away from actual errors and development of new features.
