Easy to use, does exactly what it says

This plugin is a prime example of a quality plugin that odes one thing and does it well. Embedding maps into pages is extremely easy, the markup is easy to work with and style, and only does what it needs, when you need it to. It is a very high-quality plugin.

Excellent Plugin

This plugin was mentioned on Ithemes Training. It did exactly what I needed it to do. I initially tried to embed a map from Google, but I was unable to disable the location bubble or scroll wheel. The location bubble is excluded with this plugin, and you are able to disable the scroll wheel, as well as the controls. Additionally, the plugin did not add any database tables.

Thank you to the developer. Great Plugin.

Small, efficient plugin.
Love it.

You've got to be kidding - best map plugin out there

I've just tested and tried to use 3 different map plugins this week - one slowed down the entire site, one was buggy and I lost my control panel for awhile, and the last I couldn't even create a marker for a map.

This plugin is about as clean and simple as it comes, and there is NO slowing down of the site. Wasted much time lately working with plugins that just didn't work, and this is just a shortcode of google maps that you input yourself.

You can change how it comes up (the look), too, in the shortcode (width, height, etc.)

Works like a charm. Many thanks to the creator of this plugin.

For most of my clients I just needed a single googlemaps with a pointer ,finally I found this one, great work pippin, thanks a lot!

Nice and simple but better with zoom?
By , for WP 4.1.1

I tried to change the initial zoom level by adding zoom="5" to the shortcode but the it is hardcoded as 15. A small hack to the plugin code seems to do the trick:
zoom: <?php echo $atts['zoom']; ?>
but this would be better if it was built-in anyway?

the code works just fine

Wow, I had spent 2 hours trying to get the latest Google Maps https// insertion of iframe code to work and it just kept failing. All sorts of advice on forum re 'how to' until I found the post about this code plugin - BINGO problem solved in 5 mins.!!!!

Many thanks Dennis

PS:- being a little short on understanding shortcodes....can I just suggest that as my focus was on the 'html' coding insertion, I got a little lost with what to put in for "my address". I was trying to force the Google html code, then a light flashed, OOPS - All I had to do was place the actual street address!!!

[pw_map address="actual street address, State"]
