Best plugin best support
By , for WP 3.6.1

I make a lot of wordpress sites - I use a lot of plugins.

This is the only one I have ever reviewed. It's that good, and the support and documentation and just general all around... care, is even better

Weird way of dealing with CSS
By ,

The technical part of the plugin is great. The way it deals with CSS, however, is appalling, making it extremely difficult to tailor-make your Contact Form.

It just works!

Excellent, sophisticated tool & easy-to-use admin UI
By , for WP 3.6.1

I am in bliss as a WordPress developer, suddenly assigned point on a website project that was due yesterday. This plugin does everything I need all in one place - including creating complex forms with easily created additional fields, sending data to a database, captcha security, auto-responder with re-direct after form submission ... Nice options for controlling the look of the forms in the FAQ & great support forums. Thanks so much Mike!

Robust

Setting page is a little complex, but this robust plugin does everything I needed and more!

A few minor problems, of my own making, resolved by patient support from the author.

Superb Plugin

I've used this plugin on a few websites, and it is by far the best form builder.
It does everything I need.

Awkward Interface
By , for WP 3.6

I've only tried this out for a little while but I thought I'd comment on it anyway. The admin panel structure is really awkward. I can't remove the field titles without creating ugly and unnecessary CSS. The code produces its own IDs and inline CSS that override my code which means I have to go into my stylesheet and make changes. Overall, I'm not impressed. I suggest doing something like Nivo Slider and allowing for themes so that we don't have to deal with your default inline CSS. There is probably more I can complain about but I'll end it here.
