works and looks fine, and documentation is well done
A lot of possible settings. Pretty easy to handle ==> Exactly what I was looking for. Great plugin!
I spent some time familiarizing myself with the various contact forms available on WordPress today and this is one, in my opinion, is definitely included at the top of the must-have list.
It has been well thought out and provides a lot of useful features, many that probably go unused. It allows for customization on many different levels and ties into other plugins.
I look forward to exploring and using the many options made available to us all.
Many thanks to the developer,
I liked this plugin alot. It is easy to understand and use.
However at 50 fields it blows up (godaddy hosting). I am pretty sure im not the only godaddy hosted blogger and disappointing that there is not more specific help for this.
406 Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /wp-admin/post.php could not be found on this server
I looked through and disabled secmod, [ https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/apache-mod-security-update-how-to-fix-error-406-or-not-acceptable-issue-259 ] and read forum after forum [ example https://wordpress.org/support/topic/406-not-acceptable-3?replies=6 ]
so i am left with option A) http://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/support (pay for a ticket to be opened that they will look at within 3 days and maybe/maybe not be able to help - but only after i reimburse for time in advance. I'm all for paying for the support but 3 days and then its a coin flip for callback or resolution?
no, sorry, ill go for solution B) another form plugin. Even if i have to pay for it at least ill get support that will fix it and not a 3 day i'll get to it and hope something happens.
If you have small form needs, this will probably work for you and you'll like it (that's why 2 stars) would have been a 5 if it worked, probably should be a 1 since i cannot use it but will give a 2 since it did seem to work up to 50.
BTW - max_input_var = 1000 and secmod off so this is something configuration related the way the plugin handles settings. Since this is a base linux godaddy install, and this cannot be the first to hit 50 fields, for it not to be in FAQ and be something you must pay to get help on, sorry, time for plan B.
Really dissapointed. It was a nice clean plugin til you hit the coding error. (and yes it is the code, you can always trap errors and handle them more informative rather than blow up)
I have always used and loved this plugin. Why mess with something that worked brilliantly?
The worst part is it didn't take over the styling I had from an old version. The styling I apply now refuses render (doesn't matter which theme). I can't get 'email again' to work no matter who's advice I try. It has become time consuming and difficult to use.
The help articles are old (2010) and don't reflect the new version of the plugin. Sad to say it but I'm trying something that doesn't stress me out or waste my time.
lets you interact with every field and function, gave me the flexibility I was looking for.
Second website I'm using this on and the new application has a rather complicated form.. the plugin is working wonderfully for me.
One of the most efficient content form Plugins around. Thanks!
What can I say... I use this form on all my websites. It works! However on one website I experienced some problems due to some of my own settings. The documentation, in my case, might be a little bit more basic, better understandable for dummies so to say, as most WordPress plugins seem to assume 'everyone-nows-this', which often isn't the case. That would help save time finding out how-to...
Anyway, this doesn't prevent me rating this plugin the maximum score. Thank you!
