Excellent plugin. Love the ability to define all the preferences using constants. Used in every single one of our client sites.

Finally I do not have to worry that our email does not end up in spam.

Reviewed this plugin 9 months ago and couldn't get my setup working. I've now revisited and all my suggestions were implemented, awesome work guys!

Works great! Best alternative to Mandrill
By , for WP 4.4.2

I just set this up on my website to send my WordPress emails. Emails are delivered lightning fast and configuration of this plugin was super easy.

I switched because of Mandrill's new expensive cost for small businesses that only send a couple emails a month. I don't need to send 25,000 emails a month so it would be a waste to pay for that much - which is Mandrill's least expensive price/amount.

SendGrid (at least for now) still has a free tier where you can send less than 12k emails/month for free. Since I only send a few dozen - I come WAY under the 12k range even - and I imagine thousands of WordPress websites do as well.

If you want any help configuring this I did a write-up of my set-up experience here:

Is this Multisite ready?
By , for WP 4.3.1

I'd like to set up my own SendGrid account and have it send mail for all of my subsites on WordPress Multisite.

Can I do that with your plugin?

Insanely easy to setup!

The instructions seemed like this would be a pain to setup. Don't get me wrong, I love customization, but when I need to migrate 20 client sites to SMTP servers and give them an easy dashboard for reviewing their emails, I don't really want to deal with all of that.

Luckily, all I had to do was get the API key in my SendGrid dashboard and add it to the SendGrid plugin settings page. Two steps and done.

Great plugin.
