Sadly, I am periodically unable to send mailouts. There are few instructions on how to troubleshoot this problem. It says in settings, if you change the email listed, mailouts may go into the spam folder and failures may occur, but there is nothing I can find on where this spam folder is, whose it is, and how I can check and fix this. Customer service requests are ernest, but turnaround is slow, even for the paid version. If enough troubleshooting were available, I probably wouldn't need to wait for the email to get back to me.
