Perfect

I ran this a month ago and it works perfectly. Just remember to run a full backup first just in case of a typo :D

Thank you

It didn't replace in every table that I needed it to, but it sure saved me hours

This plugin didn't replace in every table that I needed it to (probably to avoid security issues), but it sure saved me hours and thousands of instances of what I needed replaced. Thanks for saving me some time!

Perfect Search & Replace
By , for WP 3.9.1

I'm using this plugin a long time and it offers the simplicity I was looking for.

I use it if I search for something in my db and if I need to replace it it works also.

But with WP 2.9+ and PHP 5.5+ you will need a little workaround for the plugin to work properly. Member RonG epxplained this here.

Simple and effective

Have used this plugin for many years. Is extremely good at what is says it does; replacing strings in the DB.

Great! Worked flawlessly

Great plugin! Worked just as expected.

Uses old MySql rather than MySqli
By , for WP 3.9.1

No good for later versions of php as this plugin has been built using mysql rather than mysqli.

Better off using https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/

Don't forget to delete this file afterwards.

Powerful but dangerously confusing interface
By , for WP 3.9.1

Really powerful, but a dangerously confusing interface. The "search all" and "replace all" radio buttons are not intuitive. And more importantly, it is completely unclear that the "search in" table selection option doesn't actually allow you to just search. As soon as you just search for a word, and leave the "replace" empty, it deletes all occurrences of that word in the tables you selected!

Definitely could do with an improved interface.
