Embed user reviews and Google Rich Snippet ratings anywhere on your site.
I've tried several reviews plugins, and this one is the easiest to use, across the board. The plugin UI is easy to use and the shortcode-approach is effective. Most importantly, it works as it should.
I would have given this plugin 5 stars, except for the following items...
I had a trouble showing my reviews but Charlie Maxwell from the support team helped me through it. The support team is very helpful and quick.
I really really need a review system that's 100% translatable in French.
I will probably just play in the files and try to tweak everything myself.
I would also need to add more fields.
Please, do work on a translatable feature :)
It is a fantastic plug-in. But it would be more when I can choose for grades in stead of percentages/stars.
And the option for other languages/own translation.
I really like Rich-reviews. Does exactly what I need. Except for one detail: I'd like to translate the option fields.
Really happy with Rich reviews.
Would like the following additional features.
Additional Fields on the form (EG product model)
(I know you can rename the one built in but im using it for company name.)
and a "category=all" to show results or snippets for all categories
Access via a tab to the css would be good as well as the ability to change the class.
(I already have another plugin called testimonials and the css clashes)
The plugin installed easily and the instructions were clear. No conflicts with other plugins. The instructions could be a bit better and the I could not get the widget plugin to work.
Will there be a Captcha capability coming soon??
Does what it says on the tin, support is good, had an issue in that the stars were grey, found the answer in the support section!!
As far as the user experience and resulting schema markup this is spot on.
* spam prevention without manual moderation
* ability to define settings that shows form and snippet on pages in category(ies) <X>.
installing this now I have to go through hundreds of content pages to add them manually.
Considering a hack to just append it to content automatically.
