The only reason we implemented Rich Reviews was to take advantage of the shortcut tags so that Google would see the average score and display the stars. We have 2-3 professionals. None can figure out how to a) get the plug in to display the average score (we have multiple reviews, but the "aggregate" still shows zero) and b) get Google to see the score.
With the amount of money we have spent on getting this to work, we could have programmed this from scratch.
They have three links to go to demo pages ... href="http://www.foxytechnology.com/review-foxy-tech/"> but they go to a domain for sale page cover with porn links....
I installed this plugin and it was working fine for the first test review. After that, none of the reviews appeared as pending. So I can't approve them, and they don't appear on my site.
We cannot edit the testimonials after submission, cannot edit or add fields to the testimonial form, there are critical missing fields for hcard rich snippets are "updated" for the date, and "author" for the reviewer name.
On the aggregate page, the star ratings don't display in the Chrome browser, and the structured data is only hcard, not done in Schema.
There's no flexibility in the display output either, leaves this plugin lacking for me...
I really like this plugin, it has everything I need. But what I hate in it is its design: I would be very happy if you would add some basic settings to change the appearance of the form.
And I almost forgot: it would be better to add _e and __ functions for translation ;)
