I implemented this plug in, after purchasing the Pro features to allow for RETS integration. Support was excellent in the beginning, but tapered off some once "everything" was live and functional. It is not non-existent, just not as good as it was in the very beginning.
One unresolved problem is that there are a few fields in the Innovia MLS but not available for mapping in Realtyna's WPL system, and one is even a required field. I've been back and forth with Realtyna for months with no real answer. They apparently don't want to or don't have the technical ability or knowledge to fix it. The last response from Realtyna was "I couldn't find these 2 fields into the MLS fields so we cannot map them to WPL fields." I don't understand how they are required in the MLS, but not available as an option in WPL. I've sent them yet another email and will update this review if this issue is resolved. For anyone who is curious, the fields we have discovered that are missing are "Buyer Broker Field" and either "Special Assessment" or "Yearly Assessment."
Other than that, the experience has been good, and "everything" is otherwise functional. It is not a perfect system, but is acceptable.
The features of this plugin are quite extensive, even more-so when you add functionality from the pro plugin. That said, there are some things that I don't personally like.
The non-wordpress UI makes things confusing. Everything has custom icons, buttons, etc... sometimes I can't tell what's a button and what's not.
While the features are very sophisticated, they border on complicated, making setting up a property take longer than it should. As I look through nearly a dozen tabs, I wonder where (if at all) I can put the school district, maybe I have to create a custom feature? I don't think I'll bother.
Even though I entered the address and it was found on google maps, I had to enter the country before it allowed me to save the listing (saying that "location is required").
The front-end is overly packed with information and fanciness, where it could easily be more simple. Also the slider squashes my images.
In-all, I think this plugin tries too hard.
The verdict: If you want something that will look fancy out of the box, this may be for you. If you want something that's more lightweight, flexible, and simple, this is overkill.
