I installed this, setup one redirect to test it.

Deleted the quick re-direct, my page still re-directs. De-activated the plug-in, still re-directs. Deleted the plug-in still redirects!!!

Thanks for screwing up my site, now have to spend time digging around to see what POS code this has embedded somewhere now.

Outstanding

Switched over from an old HTML site to a new WP site, which left dozens of dead links. This plugin is working perfectly to redirect those dead links to our new pages. The interface was easy to learn quickly, intuitive, and took effect instantly. Fantastic, highly recommended.

The theme that I use had no workaround for the way my gallery images on my home page linked to projects only. I was so frustrated by the lack of portfolio options that I had with the theme, but I loved the theme in many other ways. This was the perfect plugin for solving my linking problem.

Thank you so much!

This plugin is great, and the customer service is even better!

I downloaded this plugin for a client of mine who needed to set up a few simple redirects for their website. These redirects were part of an online form page, where it needed to submit to multiple email address, which were in the URLs that were set to be redirected. For some reason, WordPress would kick out the "@" symbol upon redirecting, and the forms were not being sent to the email addresses that needed it. I couldn't figure out how to fix this for the life of me!

To my surprise, there was a phone number available for the creator of this plugin. When I called, he answered the phone! And not only that, he spent almost 1 hour with me on the phone until he eventually figured out what was going on and how to fix it. Literally, 1 hour! I have had trouble with plugins in the past, and with no luck getting ahold of anyone to help troubleshoot, I often just ditch the plugin and find a new one. But not this time! This was the best customer service I've ever had in such a situation - thank you!

It turned out that WordPress just didn't like the "@" symbol being in redirect URLs. So by substituting %40 instead, they were able to fix the problem.

Great plugin and even better developers!

Make a post redirect in post edit

One of my favorite things about this plugin is that you can create a post/page redirect while in edit view in a metabox. The only option this doesn't have that others do have is the ability to watch permalinks and change them automatically. Personally, that kind of scares me, so I'm not too sad it's not a part of this plugin.
