Doesn't Work with Sticky Header
By , for WP 4.4.2

I use a WordPress theme that allows me to turn on or off my sticky header. When I installed this plugin, it automatically overrides my sticky header and pushes the header off the screen. Bummer! I have been trying for months to find a floating sticky sidebar widget that will not conflict with my sticky header.

Works!

Although not perfect, but does the basic stuff which can be useful for most people.

Best for Right or left widget section, sticky widget

Некорректно работает на iphone

Левый сайдбар при прокрутке переносится в правую сторону, накладывается на содержимое страницы. Но в целом спасибо за плагин!

Still working on 4.2.4! Noice!

I've tried other similar plugins, but this one works. I've got a suggestion for improvement, it needs a "push-up" element option so it won't hit another element on the bottom, particularly the footer.

Work Nice

I have some issue that. dont want to sticky widget after post is finish

Awesome, but could use a screen height restriction
By , for WP 4.2.2

Just implemented this great plugin on my site. Works great when you set the bottom widget in your sidebar to be fixed.

However, the tool only lets you auto disable it depending on the width of the users browser screen, not the height. This can be a problem if your footer is quite high as then the last widget (if tall) gets stuffed under it.

What would be very useful is if you could also specify minimum window 'height' too. ***WISH-LIST PLEASE**

Most common screen size is 1366x768, so on the short side. Setting the width restriction in the plugin to 1366 then rules out most other browsers so that's no good. Both options would be ideal.

Very good plugin, missing 5 star…but...

Very good plugin, that I improved myself to resolve a little bug on mobiles.
Since in mobile devices the scrolling widget overwrites the footer I modified the JS.
The scrolling function is now closed inside this if condition
if( (window.innerWidth || document.documentElement.clientWidth) > 1200) {
}
So the widget scrolls only in wide screens, under 1200px is fixed

Works but be careful if you use Nivo Slider

Ok, originally I said that it killed Nivo Slider but a simple solution was quickly found, so works now as it should so changed this to a positive review!

It's good, but...

...it's a shame you have to hardcode a bottom margin value. If your footer isn't of a fixed height, then you may end up with less-than-optimum results.
