THis is definitly a great add-on to the already good Knowledge Base and FAQ plugin.
I got stuck though and this add-on helped me a lot
Also the graphical interface is now much nicer
Best FAQ plugin I could find, customizable and even free. Only function missing is to change font so you can use other than sites standard font. Otherwise great!
Surprising how hard it is to find a FAQ plugin that has search, permalinks and looks decent. Q and A Focus Plus FAQ does all that and does it well, even if it has a goofy name.
Great plugin. Had a little bit of trouble finding how to adjust the CSS - the code it was using did not show up in the CSS viewer so I had to search by the font color. It would be lovely if there was a place where all the CSS could be adjusted in the settings. But a minor inconvenience considering how nicely this works. Mobile responsive too!
I've tried a few of the FAQ plugins including the Q&A Plus paid version. This one has more useful features and it is free. What really makes this one stand out is the excellent support. I wanted to be able to change the Author of entries and found a way to add this functionality. After posting a feature request, the plugin author was able to incorporate it making the plugin even better.
Definitely worth downloading if you need a FAQ page. Simple to install and very simple to add questions and answers. Good job well done.
I just went through an elaborate process of evaluating WordPress Knowledge Base and FAQ plugins.
I also bought the Raygun / Q & A Plus.
1. This plugin has all the features on Raygun and it's free.
2. It serves most of our needs:
* Ability to comment on articles
* Ability to see if it's a popular article
* It uses standard content types and I could preserve my Q & A Plus data
* It's formatting is easy - better then the other module because I can specify header size, extra CSS, indentation, etc.
My suggestions for improving:
A. Ability to see number of views per article or have this data handy in the backend
B. I use Enfold so and luckily the built-in theme has Ajax search - I would change the Knowledge Base search to Ajax for immediate results.
C. I hate the hearts. The design is not pretty and would have preferred something more vanilla like a Star or option to choose.
I won't miss the "Submit Question" ability of the other module because commenting is more powerful.
Overall considering the price (free) I am extremely happy. Thank you.

After trying many other FAQ plugins, I found this one. It's the only one I tried that didn't have a premium version available. That's a bonus, because you get everything the author has to offer without dangling 'the carrot' in front of your face. This author has far superior support response than the others. Some provide little or no support at all. This plugin is easy to install and use and is very intuitive. I'll use it wherever I need an FAQ. Thanks a ton.
