Shrink, beautify, track, manage and share any URL on or off of your WordPress website. Create links that look how you want using your own domain name!
I use these short links quite a bit. My site has a 4 character url so having short meaningful pretty links is a huge asset for me. Love the program.
This did exactly what I needed it to do. No complaints here. :-)
I've used this plugin successfully in the past, however on a new install / new site I can't create new links, and this error message appears on every page if I turn on WP_DEBUG:
WordPress database error: [Table 'wp_thewebsite.wp_prli_links' doesn't exist]
SELECT * FROM wp_prli_links WHERE slug='business/denees-kitchen' /* From [thewebsite.com/business/denees-kitchen/] in [/nas/wp/www/cluster-2036/thewebsite/wp-content/plugins/pretty-link/classes/models/PrliLink.php:207] */
Got the non-pro-version. Works fine...
Works a treat, with lots of options to configure the type of redirect (301, cloaked etc)
Very nice and easy to use plugin! using it on all my affiliate projects!
keep it up and free :)
An Easy and Regularly Updated Tool to create the fancy link.
This classic plugin doesn't get much love or many updates from its developer.

I'd be happy to give it five stars, if the developer would simple keep the product up-to-date, especially for those of us that have the pro version and would simply NOT want to add plugin after plugin to get the features that this one does half-baked. For instance:
1. Will you add support for the Google+ in the Social Bar? When?
2. Will you add options for Google+, Facebook Badges, like you do for Twitter? When?
3. Will you add support for other kinds of Comments other than Twitter?
Hey, Twitter is Great but man, it isn't the only social media option out there.
I've got other suggestions if the developer would actually take an interest . . .
developer provides no support at all. you gotta pay money to get some support, that's how it works here. i was planning to turn premium, but if they behave free users like this, they certainly do not deserve to be paid.
I upgraded to the pro version after using the lite version for a short time. It's an excellent plugin with lots of features in both the free and paid versions.
I'm also surprised about the reviews claiming poor support responses. I just submitted a support ticket and received a response that solved my issue within just a few hours.
This is an excellent way to leverage short urls for twitter sharing, affiliate links or just to prettify your urls and a lot of automatic functions to speed up the process of generating urls. :)
