A simple way to change a post's type in WordPress
Newbie here trying to create pdf's from posts. Had to change some pages to posts. This plugin worked exactly as stated and is MUCH appreciated!! Thanks!!!!
I had to switch various posts types but I didn't have db access I used this plugin and saved my time.
I made a couple of pages which then looked to be more appropriate to be a post. Searched a bit acros the forums, got scarred and then - tattataaaaa! Here it is! My hero you are!
Well done, thank you, xoxo :)

For some this might not seem too useful and wouldn't be if you only use pages or just have a blog. In which case you'd never need to switch post types.
However, use a few custom post types and what to move from one to another this plugin is indispensable.
This is exactly the functionality that the Role Based Help Notes Plugin needs so I added it as an extension to role-based-help-notes some years back.
Did a bulk edit of child pages and changed the parent and the post type at the same time. This plugin worked perfectly. It worked exactly how I expected it would.
There was a slight issue that the 'Post Type' drop down didn't appear directly below the other dropdowns in the Bulk edit form but otherwise this was perfect.
Did exactly what I needed without any issues. Saved me a TON of time. THANK YOU!
Had no idea this existed and it has saved me a whole day.
Thanks so much!
Works well! Save time. Must have.
Sometimes I'll think I'm writing an "opinion piece" about dated material, for example. I publish as a post and then think to myself "this is actually pretty static information" ... so I want it to be a page. This plugin makes the change FAR easier.
