Did this plugin automatically add my newly published post to my Buffer for sharing? Yep. It does its core job well.
But it's a bare-bones affair. There is no way to specify that the plugin should use a short URL instead of the full URL—for those with custom URL shortening setups like YOURLS or a custom Bitly domain, that's limiting. The ideal solution would be for this plugin to support embedding a custom field in the shared message, so another plugin that annotates posts with a short URL can provide the information without this plugin needing to know how to talk to the 9001 different shortener APIs out there.
After register the ID from Bufferapp all you get is a blank page. I have also tried to get some help from support on this but no answer. So I will try another WordPress to Buffer plugin.
Out of the various plugins and services for auto-posting from WordPress to Buffer, this is undoubtedly the best. Easy to set up, easy to use.
