Add PHP code to your WordPress posts, pages, custom post types and even sidebars using shortcodes
It works perfect, thanks for this great Plugin.
It saved me a lot of times with the execution of shortcodes having variable parameter values, nice!
Great plugin !
It really works! I always needed to insert PHP code in WordPress pages and this plugin helped me a lot. Thanks!
[php] is an unfavorable BBCode, because it is already used by many syntax highlighters.
Beautiful would be
[phpcode snippet=x] or
Or is it maybe so?
I have been using this plugin for more than 2 years and I love it. Its on my list of must have plugins. I use it a lot on home pages for clients where I can setup some code snippets that don't get messed with and then the client can edit text content as they like. It's a superb plugin and I have never had issue with it.
It's really a plugin to spread the word about. Works great and it's free.
I created a PHP function that pulled several pieces of information, placed the generated shortcode into my pages, and each page worked perfectly!
Excellent and best plugin for adding PHP to any page.
Can use PHP as is. Does not require re-coding
Does not use a widget, which over-complicates and delays development.
PHP is stored in saved snippets for easy re-use of code.
Separates HTML from PHP for a clean quick assessment of what is where.
Carries form fields from one page to another
Sending emails is not interfered with in code
Allows other PHP functions.
Sessions and database queries can be a bit tricky, but workable.
Using this plug to include GET parameters into links on page to forward them. Working good! Thanks!
One suggestion. Can you add an option to give each snippet a custom literal name (identifier) instead of a number. Or at least a possibility to give snippets custom numeric IDs. It because when moving snippets to the other site (where the snippets autonumeration is going by own way) I need to correct all pages in correpondence with new snippet's IDs.
P.S. Well. I've added modified version of get_single_snippet function which takes snippet name as parameter instead of id and replace function call in handle_shortcode function. It works. =)
