After activating this plugin, the speed of my site dropped dramatically. The pages take 2 more seconds to load.
Jason is rude, offensive and treats customers like dirt. The singularly worst customer service I have ever seen. Sometimes free is not worth the price. This guy is an ass who doesn't give a $#!% about you. I'm sure he must be an aspie, has no clue how to interact with people or run a business. Don't make the mistake I did, which was to build my site on this plugin because it was free. It takes twice as much work to change than it does to get a proper plugin at the start. This is not the plugin you are looking for. Move along. Move along.
What is the update you have done that destroys the whole page design, if you put out an update to fix the error before you release it.
New update fixed the bug no, it destroyed everything and scripting problems.
Now we begin again to plug provides an error and changed themes.
I'm changing my rating to a 1 star. Scroll down and you will see my original rating from before. I did state that if no help was received, I would be changing it to a 1 and that is what I am doing. Here's more of a detailed reason:
I have spent an entire week messing around with this plugin. There are all sorts of bugs in it, that even after two years,if you look on the forums STILL haven't been fixed. I have reached out and reached out and reached out, posting several questions for help on this forum, but Messica hasn't been on in a week, and neither has anyone else from this company. I am so disgusted with the amount of time I have wasted on this crappy ass plugin, but it's the TERRIBLE, DISGUSTING, lack of support on this plugin that has me saying goodbye to it. I will find another plugin, hopefully that works, and has much better support, and go from there. I wouldn't recommend this plugin to my worst enemy!!! It deserves a 0 star!!!!
I'm giving this a three because I'm annoyed. The customer service on this forum SUCKS. When I look through it, people having been waiting for over 15 hours on average, myself included, for their question to be answered. Pages and pages of questions not answered, no help given. They have this forum but they for the most part ignore it. What's the point of having the forum. The customer service STINKS!
They want you to pay $97.00 for "better" customer service, but who would do that when the FREE stuff gets ignored. No one trusts that, I sure as hell don't. 50 pages and I've been through them all and most of it isn't responded too. UGH! Waiting 15 hours and still no response is unacceptable when you are building a site for business purposes.
Stuff that is suppose to work, doesn't work and it's being asked over and over and over again by different people and they aren't answering it. I'm giving this a 3, but if I continue to be ignored I might change it to a 2 or even a 1.
Get your stuff together! Hire people who will ACTUALLY answer these boards!

I have ask one simple question.
" Can I set membership level Hourly and Specifically for 1 hour? "
It has very simple answer either "Yes" or "No".
Does these too much for them to give such a simple answer??
Very Poor support.
One random glitch in the user experience basically destroyed the whole system we built with this software.
Error costs LOTS of money. Test this on small sites for at least 6 months before using.
Free doesn't always mean good.
Respect to the developers, but this one error is fatal for many reasons. Also, customer support wasn't that great.
We have lots of people trying to contact us daily too, so not responding for many days is selfish. Especially, after you initially replied. If this is your way of gaining business, through frustration, it's a bad way to go. We only gain resentment and leave reviews like these.
AGAIN content creators, if you didn't read the paragraphs above. WARNING. This plugin has a weird error where users can't pay you! Whether expired or new, the payments were automatically rejected.
I find this odd, since it never happened before. Software planning or plugin conflicts, it's still unacceptable customer service. We even contacted the payment gateway and they said it was on this plugin's end.
You're better off getting Restrict Content Pro by Pippins Plugins.
There isn't a free email list integration but at least it works.
Edit I deleted my initial review as things have changed quite drastically in regards to this plugin and the support for it.
Waiting four days (so far) with a broken plugin and no answers from anyone. I would pay for support if I thought it might help but I assume the development is dead as there are a load of unanswered tickets/threads here. Moving on as this is not supported or dead dev wise.
A shame as it worked so well for us before the last wp update.
