While this plugin works very well, I've found another which I prefer. Plugins Last Updated Column shows for each installed plugin:
-the date of the last plugin update by the author (which matches the date shown in the WordPress plugin repository);
-the date of the last plugin update applied on the site;
-"Not Available" when a plugin is removed from the repository, or for custom plugins.
So overall, Plugins Last Updated Column accomplishes the same purpose but also provides some extra details which are extremely useful to have.
The other advantage is that with Plugins Last Updated Column, this information is instant, instead of having to wait for No Longer in Directory to update on a monthly basis. If a plugin is removed due to security reasons, you'll know right away with Plugins Last Updated Column (so long as you visit your Plugins screen), whereas you might not know for a whole month with No Longer in Directory.
Glad to add this during my recent audit. In the process of upgrading and this helps me refine the list of plugins I operate with at any given time.
Thanks to White Fir Design for keeping this plugin up to date.
Great Plugin, works well, thanks.
This should be available in WordPress Dashboard
Many other plugins are dying a slow death and should not even be available to be viewed.
