Not updated
By , for WP 4.1.1

I wrote to Ninja 2 years ago and asked them to add the types url, email and number so that the input boxes work for mobiles. This has still not been added so this plugin is not recommended by me. I use Contact 7 instead as it has these types and I need to make websites that belong in 2015. It's a deal-breaker and should be for everyone serious about usability.

"FREE" ?
By , for WP 3.9.2

If you want no functionality. Then you can BUY extensions to make it do something real.

Work, Free for Basic Form but Expensive for Add on
By , for WP 3.8.1

This plugin is work, with nice UI.
Good for you, if you want a basic form.
But if you want to use captcha, file upload. Prepare to be shock with their pricing.

Needs Paid Extension To Be Usefull
By , for WP 3.6

Unfortunately there is no way to modify the layout of the form without purchasing an extension. I missed that somehow when I read the description.

Plenty of other forms out there that do basic function like this, so nothing special without extensions.

A lot of bugs
By , for WP 3.5.2

Installed, two hours adding fields and building my form, and then, impossible to add more fields ??? e-mail as a free support ( 72 hours of waiting )... No answer.. Disappointed a bit and finally pay for a serious one. It's just good for small forms, until they fix the bugs.

Confusing to use
By ,

Don't know how to use it, I can't tell how it works at a glance, no tips or help inside the plugin

muddled and complicated for css
By , for WP 3.4.2

The pluggin is easy to use and will satisfy you if you accept all fields to be as long as your page is wide.

If you want to change anything in the css, you're lost.

Just imagine that: to add some personal css change, author ask you to create your personal plugin !

Don't think you can modify classes, most are impossible to find uout in the several css files.

If you add a class to the ninja_forms_display.css, nothing happens using it.

3 hours lost trying to find out how to change field lenght. I resign.

Good plug in easy to work with, if you don't expect a good display.
