Not disclosing a security issue for a week is a no-no
By ,

We all have bugs in our code and sometimes they cause security issues, but I just can't trust code from people that instead of announcing it, try to keep it secret :(.

Tip: since you wrote in the changelog that version X is a security fix, every black hat know that he should look for it and exploit it. giving an advantage to black hat over your users is just stupid.

No support and meesing up my website
By , for WP 4.5

Ninja forms started to cause an error where I was prevented from deleting spam user accounts registering on my site.

When you try to delete you get the following message: "Go get a life, script kiddies".

I attempted to contact Ninja via support forums but they were ignored. I noticed I wasn't alone in attempting to contacxt them and having my efforts ignored.

One other thing I noticed was my support requests didn't even appear in ninja Forms list of support items which I don't understand.

I have now disabled Ninja forms and looking for a new solution.

Terrible Support
By , for WP 4.5

I bought several plugins from them. 4 days, 5 support tickets, and $170 later it's clear to me there support is purely for show. All they do is pass the buck. Every...single...time so far. We're not talking custom dev work here either.

Form submit not working
By , for WP 4.4.2

Somehow on Chrome for android the form submit does not working, I check related with "plugins_loaded" hook usage, which makes the wp_verify_nonce always returning false. On Chrome for desktop and safari for iOS is working properly.

I'm not sure this is WordPress bug or this plugin need to fix the code structure, which I think will need to be make from scratch. But I saw that the existing codes are runing under the "deprecated" folder, I think the author is in progress of rewriting it.

For now I can only provide 1 star rating.

Hope the author success rewriting it with a new good codes structure.

Most expensive and most buggy Form
By ,

I have been trying to use Ninja Forms with optional plugins Conditional Logic, Webhook and Styles.

I have encounter many issues with this plugin.

#1 Conditional Logic and Required Field don't work. I reached out to support and they acknowledged it's a bug and said that they "might" fix in upcoming release and did not provide any timeline.

#2 The webhook that suppose to call remote api calls does not work in debug mode.

#3 The support is sluggish at best.

Any suggestions?

Don't use Ninja Forms

Don't use this plugin. Your data will go missing and the developers will not assist you.

Crashed WordPress admin - 'Server error 500'
By ,

Installed twice, both times Ninja Forms crashed my WP admin/dashboard - 'white screen of death'.

Only way to recover was to delete the Ninja plugin manually by FTP. Once deleted, WP works fine again.

Running latest WP version, no other forms plugins.

:(

For basic use only
By , for WP 4.4.2

No design and layout options, so useless. Looking for an alternative.

disappointing
By , for WP 4.4.2

Bit too complicated and won't allow basic style changes like in line entry boxes or other stuff. All in all, pretty disappointing so went somewhere else.
