Beware of this plugin!!!!!
By , for WP 4.1

I installed this plugin on my site and got a 500 internal server error the second I activated it! I was unable to access my site through my wordpress login. Had to delete the plugin from my hosting site FTP. Everything was fixed the second I deleted this plugin.

More than 7 fields and form become uneditable.

Don't buy this plugin

Keep looking

Tried Ninja forms full on for 4 weeks. Everything was a struggle. As long as you build simple short forms it's nice and easy, but as soon as you start pushing it you'll soon notice it's limitation.

Just the fact that it sends through all fields - even hidden ones - from a conditional formatted page is really not ok.

And the conditional formatting is so poorly built that it is limited to one per page. As soon as you start using more than one all logic disappear, and the forms behaves as it wishes.

Tried contacting their support several times, but always got the same response - Your code is poorly written. Strangely enough our "poorly written" code worked as a charm when switching to Gravity forms!
And what took 4 weeks to nearly get working with ninja forms now took 2 days to complete...

Not working

No word of a warning just stopped working. Nothing else messed with just stopped sending email submissions. My client has lost a lot of custom because of this, not happy. Will not use again!

Site plugging is never available
By , for WP 4.0

Everytime our team member have to go to their extended version to activate, download, buy….it is a major project.

Also every time we have to log in at the account, we have to reset the password (funny thing for a plugging that sells forms)

WE will like to continue to use the plugging, but because of the awful customer service we are researching to find something else that we can count on it.

The plugging start very good in the first version , but it seems like after the popularity it became very bad.

Unfortunatly

Poor support
By , for WP 3.9.1

The support team is very arrogant and always tells you a generic answer. "Hire a developer" For even simple customization, they won't help. Not to mention their add-ons are expensive. Why should I pay to add an upload feature when other plugins include this for free? The developers need to step off their high horse. Deactivated and deleted plugin. Will now be using Cognito Forms due to the many great features and wonderful support. I wouldn't have a problem paying if the support was better. Not paying for your arrogance developers.

Nope.

The plugins don't even work. Sad.

Poor quality product, bad support, no refunds
By , for WP 3.9.1

We bought several products off them..

We found the plug-ins to be buggy, and even brought down several of our sites on standard (fully working) installs. We don't have time to waste on faulty products, the problems were too serious to waste time on, and while it was (just) outside the 90 days we felt that as it failed so seriously, and not having the time to spend on it, we should have been given a refund. They refused point blank, not discussion, all they offered was support, and having read the support threads on similar issues we felt that was not worth wasting any time on - we have deadlines.

The support was arrogant and wouldn't refund, the product didn't work, we hadn't used it within 90 it's true, but it didn't work - and drilling into the code we didn't have much faith in it, so we should have got our refund.

Poor product, too expensive for what you get even if it was working, and an inflexible and arrogant response from support, even though the product wasn't working in a serious way.

I'll never use their products, or recommend them to anyone, quite the opposite - the support alone would be enough reason to stay clear of them, and their products are overpriced for the features/quality.

Read the support threads carefully before considering their products!

If they'd responded in a reasonable way with the refund request, we were intending to look again when these latest (serious) issues had been resolved, after dealing with their support, that is now out of the question.

Don't bother and save yourself money and time!
