I started with NextGen a few years ago, it just worked and has never let me down. Thank you developers for a great plugin!
I'm using this Pro version 2 years now, but now I have a problem and the refuse to help or I must buy a new version $67 . and I don't like that!!

When in lightbox mode the back and previous buttons are not working. I don't know why they suddently stopped working. You can navigate by using the arrow keys only. Please help.
Also you would notice that Disqus comments are no longer loading.
lost controls within pro masonry gallery - solution was provided very fastly and everything is ok now!
After a couple of emails with support I was able to get the plugin to work. I had to delete all current files, reinstall old version of plugins, update basic version then pro versions. All seems to be working fine now. 5 STAR RATING
At the moment I am giving this plugin 1 star. It was working perfectly until the recent update and now my website will not work with the plugin and I receive a fatal error when the plugin is active and can not view my website. I have both the free and paid pro versions and they will not work. Support is questionable at the moment and there is no phone number to call.
When submitting for support in the forum I was told to login to via a link that takes me to another website. If I can get this resolved then the rating will go to a 5-star rating.

I am not a geek but it was easy to set it up.
And most important thing, you have prompt replies when contacting the team!
When you have a plugin with over a million active installs the support requests are endless. Some from folks who won't RTFM or who don't try to figure out what they did wrong but sometimes you get a real puzzler because WordPress sites are this huge stack of server software, theme software, and plugins made by a wide world of people with a wide variance in skill and methodology. Not to mention the browser related issues that arise...
All of this to say that when I had an issue with NextGen Gallery that I could not solve their support staff were incredibly helpful, thorough, and persistent.
My hat is off to them. Great folks and a great, FREE, plugin.
I have not explored the possibilities of the plugin extensively yet, but they seem very powerful.
I can say that I have had an excellent experience with their customer service department. My advice: if you think this plugin might meet your needs, give it a shot! If it doesn't, their customer service is among the best I've worked with: prompt responses and customer focused.

I'm really happy to have chosen NextGEN, a great product packed with functions, easy to use, and with superb service. No wonder it gets top reviews everywhere.
I installed the Pro version about a month ago. I have since contacted their e-mail service and have received detailed instructions to do the (non-standard) things I needed to do, which included modifying their code. Cais and Becky were kind and helpful, and went out of their way to explain me how to do things. And it's well written code, too; in more than forty years in the IT I have seen all sorts of code, from the stellar to the putrid, and NextGEN is on the bright side.
I would recommend the product 100%.
when any of ALL 'Delete Revision' plugins delete the old revisions of post, then gallery attached to latest revision of post - is not work anymore.
this is your miss in
wp_delete_post_revision method. please fix it.
i'm using 'better delete revision' plugin. you can do next for know problem:
Create post, next edit post and add gallery, next run delete revision plugin, now try to open post page and you will see Invalid gallery error.
