Could you have stuffed any more nag screens and pitches into the Express Version of this plugin? Not even worth evaluating and considering Pro through all the "noise".

You have to upgrade

You have to upgrade to get any use of this thing

Does not do all it says
By ,

You have to pay to get all the features it says, even though it does not mention that in the description. So you see a feature listed that you want, it does not say it is in a premium version but when you install and go to use it most features are locked and popups tell you you have to pay.

Looks arent everything

Looked good, nice demo, but after spending an hour or so creating a great form, it would not display. Contacted support. They were eager to help until I wrote back and told them I only had the Express (free) version. Never heard from them again. Don't waste your time. You never get it back.

modal window doesn't work
By , for WP 4.0.1

when I try to set up a modal window it is placed under the div : <div class="modal-backdrop fade in"></div>, and I can't access to my form.

Looks good but doesn't work
By , for WP 4.0.1

The drop down selection boxes do not work at all - they don't even show up on the page. I might be doing something wrong, but there is zero support either unless you purchase, which I am not going to do unless my problem is sorted out - Typical catch 22 shortsightedness.

Already wasted 2 days on this so now it is an install and use Form Maker - may be more expensive, but at least it works and you get support.

Does not work as promoted

I tried the free version and would have upgraded if the free version worked well, but it didn't.

- some fields were highlighted in blue or bold blue for no apparent reason, while others stayed normal. When I tried to change the border color in the forms set up, it did nothing to the published form. It just make the form look weird.

- the select fields do not show up on the published form

Did not get any further, as I cannot use the form without the select fields operating properly.

Wanna a Refund .. so far no stars deserved

The Form panel start loading and stop on page which is directs to http./count. carrierzone.com I tried installing in clean wordpress installation with no plugins or themes.. and it just happens the same. Crashing. Funny is that the version demo 1.2 works... Any ideas on how to solve that

Poorly coded
By , for WP 3.9.2

It looks good but it has a lot of issues, I have the paid/full version, and have to struggle to make changes, some changes like simple border color or font color won't apply/change, I ended up with comment boxes fonts in red. I tried Chrome, IE and Firefox and the issues are consistent. Contacted support in regards a different issue and after 4 emails it stopped, so pretty much useless.

Would Give it a Zero If I could

Form set up wasn't bad, and even looked ok but that was the end of it. When filled out, only snippets of the information were actually sent to my email and support was completely useless.
