Many steps required to have a working config, obligation to visit their third-party website, and when you finally lost lots of time to have it rolling, a month later you discover that if you don't pay you are losing everything you spent time on.
I moved to the SNAP plugin, accepting to work for free with restricted settings.
Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see any reference to this being a 'free trial.' Once my time ran out, everything stopped working -- and their customer support is a JOKE. I've had an open ticket asking what's going on for THREE WEEKS with zero activity.
This plugin seemed a good choice for sharing my posts on social media websites. I'm using it for a while now and today I was editing a post and by pressing on the update button, I got a message from LinksAlpha that my session ended.
I tried to log in to see what happened. But logging in blocked my website. The URL still showing me the URL of my own website for editing the post but the overlay was all about LinksAlpha.
The plugin should be free, at least that's what they say. Now I had to pay for a monthly subscription. I could not go back to my own website to disable the plugin. It blocked the screen, scrolling was disabled, backspace (keyboard) was disabled and the back-button from my browser was disabled. I had to open up a new tab to re-enter my website url, go to my admin pages and disable the plugin. After that the previous page was working again.
Because of this action LinksAlpha build in there plugin, I will not use it anymore! It sucks. The company should be ashamed by publishing such a plugin. So there's no way I'm going to pay for a monthly fee to use this horrible plugin.
monthly base ...
try to make good plugin
Everything seems to be OK but nothing is published. Officially it's free at least during 30 days but, in fact, after 10 minutes my try period was finished. And I had to pay. Forget it.
I don't trust it.
I've tried to use this on two (2) eCommerce sites, and it just doesn't work consistenly. Support helps once or twice, then they don't respond. I think there's a problem with products from eCommerce sites and pushing those to social networks. It should be, though. Even the blogs or posts from our sites don't make it out. It's a shame--This is a good idea and they should work the bugs out.
Feeling very disappointed at the moment.
Of a total of 41 FB groups connected, only 4 have been publishing.
Now I have discovered that none of the following posts are working either:
• Blogger (1)
• Delicious (1)
• Diigo.com (1)
• Foursquare (1)
• Identi.ca (1)
• Plurk.com (1)
• tumblr.com (2)
What is going on?
Have I missed something in the setup steps, or does it just not work?
