Plenty of features to learn - very comprehensive.
While "missed chats" can normally be deleted from the dashboard "chat transcripts" can't and customer support could not provide any logical explanation or solution for this except switching to another web browser which didn't help.
Another thing - if you want to use some basic features like sending transcript emails after chat is over you will have to pay for it.
Finally, for some strange reason "live chat console" showing the same users coming in and out the website all the time even if they are on the website for a long time.
Although it is a great idea, some things does not work as expected. Please fix this and I will be happy to give you a 5 star review. Thank you.
In the middle of chat sessions with customers, we would get messages like "MyLiveChat has stopped working" or "Connection to the chat server failed. Trying to reconnect" or “Cannot Connect to the chat server”. We would basically be forced to close down and try to reopen. Reopening would have it's own set of problems - requiring us to download again. Totally losing our chat sessions (imagine how upset this would make our customers).
If you are going to give them a shot, I recommend going month by month instead of paying for months in advance. We paid for 6 months in advance and realized after the 1st real test run that it wasn’t stable enough to use with real customers and they wouldn’t refund us (even for the unused time). They insist that all the network issues were on our end (although we had top notch IT staff helping us troubleshoot and everything else running through our network was perfect). I’ve written several emails and contacted their chat several times with no response. We are just going to have to eat the $359 we wasted on this software. We did find another software that isn’t too expensive and it’s worked wonderful so far.
I hope you will carry on supporting it for a long long time.
Please continue the develop of the plugin, don't stop it, don't dismiss it.
It's easy to set up and seems to work well.
Its a nice plugin, great potential, but forgot to mention clearly that its only free for 1 agent. if you need more agents, then you need to paid for it.
Just started using this last week and soon after upgraded to the paid version just to be able to talk with more chatters and more tests.
I use MyLiveChat for some time now and i find it very useful.
My users talk with me and my crew constantly.
