MobilePress is a plugin for WordPress that renders a mobile friendly version of your WordPress website or blog.
Thanks for this great plugin. It works like a charm. I'm currently using it on my website http://www.hindimein.com. Modified the theme easily and tested on a couple of devices where it works fine. Only meta tags information are not rendering on mobile version which are added on the thesis theme (activated as a desktop theme).
I love this plugin and currently I am using it on my blog and it is working fine
[site link removed]
its definitely an awesome mobile view plugin i'v ever seen. But i'v a simple question about it. can i use a subdomain for my blog with out redirecting the default link-http://mysite.com/?mobile ????
It resizes the content fine and it's better suited for reading on mobile than the non mobile website.
However for me, it removes the header picture. Also everything looks black and white so it doesn't seem to carry over the customisation from the actual website. I also have a pop-up installed for first time visitors to get them to sign in and when I use this plug-in (MobilePress), the message is just printed on the page, and cannot be removed nor can people tick the "subcsribe" button...! Seems a few things need to be improved.
It's working but it's showing Titles of links next to them, which supposed to be tooltip , and shown if it's over mouse, and the ads are not shown instead it's showing blank space.
Liked this widget, helpful to have it fully integrated in WordPress
This was the only mobile plugin I found with out some negative reviews about bad practices and such by the developers. So far, it looks like it does what it says it does.
Unfortunately, there seems to be some incompatibility with the facebook plugin, or perhaps facebook in general. Also, there is only one basic theme available, no right to left language support, and so far what seems to be a general incompatibility with plugins .
Worth a look, though.
thanks for this plugin.. it really worked for me for a while but i need more control. I am now using wptouch pro which costs quite some cheap dollars but totally worth it. see http://chronos-studeos.com/blog/index.php/how-your-behaviour-improves-your-business-delivery/ for proof
Tested 3-4 mobile plugins, and this turned out best. Site looks OK on Android 4,5" mobile.
