We recently launched our new website using Memberfind Me, and all our members are excited about the new features with the directory and deals. Not only does it look good on the website, the administration is so nice to work with, for something I need to use everyday that makes all the difference!
MemberFindMe is a great solution for any organization looking to seamlessly manage membership data/subscription and event registration. Their software is intuitive, easy to use and has very informative tutorials and step-by-step instructions even a neophyte can follow. Their customer service is fast and thorough, answering all of our questions. So, yes, this software costs money over 50 members, but for what you get, it is completely worth it!

I wanted to take the time to give a review which is something that I never do. I have owned several membership websites and the MemberFindMe plugin is very good. I like the support that they provide most of all. Very responsive and timely.
For a simple member management program, I recommend this plugin but the service by far is the best that I have encountered.
The plugin looks good, on the surface.
After navigating to the website where you have to sign up for an account, if you expect any more than 50 members, you'll have to pay.
Costs range from $20/month to $190/month.
I understand that it's proper to promote a premium plugin and offer a shell of that plugin the WordPress Repository. I'm all for transparency, however, which means being upfront and clear about the costs.
This plugin gets five stars for two reasons. 1) The plugin works wonderfully. It's simple enough for a regular person (like me) to set up, but there's also a lot of customization available. 2) The customer service is great! It was a huge relief to have someone respond to me the same day on their google group. They helped me work through a question I had within hours. Very happy!
We switched to MemberFindMe because we wanted a more integrated system. We had been using one plugin for forms, another for events and a third system for membership tracking, and it was a huge hassle with updates and integration.
It did take some time to get everything set up the way we wanted it but once setup we love the way the membership and events are integrated. It has REALLY saved us a lot of work!
My only regret is not finding Member Find Me (MFM) years ago, it would of saved me thousands of dollars and countless hours.
Karen and Kuah are awesome. I found MFM on a Friday night, spoke with them the next morning, and was live within two weeks. Yes, 12 days from finding them online to going live with a full transfer from my existing site.
I picked the full package and let them take care of it. Great call on my part.
They typically take less than an hour to respond to questions and any changes that I needed during the purchase were done within two or three hours and ready for my review on the test website.
Really impressed with the response rate on the google community for their FAQ and requests, too.

I contacted Karen memberfindme after being referred to her from a web designer who I contacted for a quote. I am the president of a Women's business organization and needed help fast. I took the group over in January to learn that the website that took 6 months to build, did not work! We could not pay for events, host a directory, or run membership reports. All things that we needed to have in order to run the organization smoothly, and we promised to have on our website. After much stress, we fired the previous designer and went with memebrfindme! The great thing about memberfindme is that is does all the things we needed and does them well. In 5 days Karen had our site up and working. the big difference with this program is that the database and other items I mentioned do not have to be built out each one individually. It is all in the program already. And if you like their templates they offer - you are good to go. If not, you can have a web designer customize one for you and still use this database option. we like the template and we're up and running in fast! There are just a few things we needed that it did not do automatically, and they have been extremely helpful in helping us figure out how to add the items we need in. They have also taken the time to train us. It is a website life savor!
