I have been using the Online Scheduling package for 5 months and I'm very pleased with how it is working for my sewing tutoring business. My customers tell me it is very easy to use & I love that I can switch between my iPad, PC or phone to view my calendar & everything is up to date. I've always loved having a paper diary but have completely given this up now that I've got this set up!!
It did take a little while for me to get up & running as I was attempting to sync with my iCloud calendar but having switched to a Google calendar (which I have added to my iPad & iPhone calendars) it has saved me lots of time in emails back and forth to clients trying to arrange appointments.
If an appointment gets rescheduled the emails that I receive are a little confusing in their wording (making it seem that the new date is the one that has been removed) but it's all correct on my calendar so I just ignore them.
I also find the section to add notes to my client cards a bit hidden as I have to click onto a specific appointment or conversation before the box becomes visible in the left hand column. I don't know if I am missing something here or if this would be improved if I was to upgrade to the full package.
I really like the Active Engage element which was an added bonus but I think makes my website look up to date & easy to use.
I've recently received customer feedback that my current invoicing system is not great on mobile view so I'm considering upgrading to the full package so that I can do it all through vCita.
In all I am very happy with how easy it is to use & the difference it has made to organising my time.
I was trying to look into their payment option - specifically which gateways (if any) they support and, if they process the payments themselves, what their fees are.
They have plenty of ways to contact them via phone, but no real information other than sales pitches everywhere. Other people asked questions on their blog, but they don't answer them (one question was a year old).
What a crappy site... all style and zero substance. You want me to sign up for a monthly subscription, put my entire business in your hands, and I can't even find the info I need without contacting your sales people?
vCita works very well on my website. I'm still on the Free version and I have no problem with it at all. In fact, it exceeded my expectation.
I signed up with cVita for a FREE trial, within few minuets they had charged me. This company has the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. This is a SCAM, don't use them.

It is light weight on the eye when using a site and much nicer than a popup.
