Sends an e-Mail to one or multiple administrators if new updates of plugins are available.
When I switched from Wordfence to iThems Security Pro, I needed a way to know when plugins needed updating. This plugin does a great job of that, and once I hand off the site, I can send the reminders to the client.
When you run multiple website, you don't go to every back ends every day to see if you need to make updates.
But you should, it is a matter of stability, optimization, performance, security...
This plugin is perfect to warn you if you have an update to make :P No need to check everyday, Mail on Update will take care to warn you :D
And the support is very great :)
It just miss integrated changelog and theme update to be perfect :P
If you want to update quickly all plugins and theme, it's a very convenient solution. Very useful if you are just admin of the WP site and not author: you don't need to visit the site to see if there is any update to do.
and i kinda wish there was a test email button so i dont have to wait for an update to test this thing.
Keep it up!!!
Helps me too keep my plugin's up to date.
This essential plugin should be included in WordPress
Sends the blog admin an email letting them know when your WP plugins need updating. Have used this plugin for ages. I always install it on any WP installation.
