Awesome plugin

It works fine for me.

This is awesome

On my previous sites i had been using Magic Fields but when I discovered v2 and saw what it offered I was very excited!

This has now allowed me to develop new CMS that my clients are loving.
In my opinion this plugin brings a level of customisation that allows the creation of pages well beyond what a post or page is.

on one site I have the user create pages about events - I use the magic fields to add a start & end date. With a little bit of scripting once an event has passed the event disappears from the page, giving my client a true low maintenance solution!

Love it - EVERYBODY should download this and upping their game with WordPress.

I've been working with MF since version 1. Not so easy sometime to do custom modifications but v2 solved a bunch of issues.

essential for CMS systems.

very easy to use, shallow learning curve, capable but poor English documentation

My first impression of Magic Fields is it is very easy to understand, very easy to use, has the features you would expect and the features behave exactly as you would expect. You almost do not need a manual, which is a good thing because the English documentation is not very good. This is very straightforward implementation of custom fields, custom post types and custom taxonomies which has the features you want, is stable and has a very shallow learning curve. In particular for me, the support of multi-valued simple fields was critical. Do not be turned off by the poor English documentation, since Magic Fields is very straightforward your best guess would probably be correct. The authors are from Mexico and they really have done very nice work but the English documentation is so bad I almost decided against it but I am glad I stuck it out. If you already understand WordPress custom post types, custom fields and custom taxonomies then this English example should help you get started.
